Only quality spices are used in the spice mix. Think especially parsley, basil, mint, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, lemon, pepper, a little salt (in the lemon) and much more. A spice mix without additives.
As the name suggests, it is a mixture of all good lamb dishes but is also popular in potato boats, vegetable gratins, as a seasoning for fish and in certain types of fish dishes in the oven.
