Cut the fish into pieces. Removes the seeds from the peppers and cut into pieces. Peel and chop the garlic. Fry the peppers and garlic in butter in a pot for about 3 minutes. Add milk, cream,wine,bouillon cubes and thyme.Let it boil. Add the fish and let the aoup boil for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve the soup with bread grated cheese and some fresh thyme. Tip: To make the soup extra festive, add 75-100 g shrimp just before serving.
