Half thaw the fish. Add the fillets in a low pot or pan. Add salt and pepper. Peel the onion and apple. Chop the onion and apple and cut the zucchini into cubes. MIx the green and distribute around the fish. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and the paprika powder stirred in the water and crumble the bouillon cube on top. Simmer 12-15 minutes or until the fish feels ready. Serve with chopped parsley. Bread and rice compliments this dish in a lovely way.
