Catfish in curry - 4 pers

Fry the vegetables in oil,add the curry powder and stir. Pour in the broth,coconut milk and cream. Add seasoning and thicken with cornstarch. Strain the mixture. Fry or simmer the catfish. Transfer the fish to a serving dish. Serve with rice and the spicy chutney. An extra tip would be to serve delicious roasted peppers,leeks and apple.
