Baked Catfish with jasmine rice and barbeque sauce. 20 min - 4 people

Cook the rice according to package directions. Peel and chop the onion. Fry it in the oil in a frying pan. Wash,core and cut the peppers into small pieces. Add the pepper pieces to the pan and sauté a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and allow to cook slowly for about 15 minutes. Mix and season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the catfish fillets on a greased baking tray. Add salt and pepper. Put the baking try into the oven for about 15 minutes at 175 c . Pack the cooked rice in a cup and lay up portions on plates. Place the catfish fillet on the plate and top with barbeque sauce. Serve with a good salad with dressing and bread.
