When a customer wants to have a package sent by post, it is Posten’s shipping fee that applies. In such cases, we prefer that the customer send their order via regular e-mail to us and we send confirmations with the correct shipping costs. The item is paid in advance!

When you order on the website, you choose one or more products. Then click on the shopping cart. Then what has been ordered so far is displayed. Then you enter all the information that is requested such as name, address, phone number and email address and then you choose how you want to have your order delivered/picked up. It is desirable that you as a customer also provide a mobile number so that I can reach you as quickly as possible if we are delayed during the delivery journey.

We send a reminder via SMS the same day we are on our way. This is a requested service that we know is appreciated.

When the order is confirmed, a confirmation will be sent by e-mail with information about the time and place of delivery.
The e-mail also shows the content of the order and the final total.

The timetable can change depending on how much is ordered (almost never happens) but you always receive an email no later than two days before delivery with the final times for delivery.

If you have ordered an item and later want to order another item – you can always contact us.

You can pay directly from the website if you wish or upon delivery on site. We accept both cash payment and card payment (VISA – MASTER or MAESTRO card).

There are two approaches to removing the frozen fillets from the box:
a) You can use a table knife that you stick under a fillet and then lightly tap the knife with a hammer or a meat mallet until the fillet comes off.
b) You can drop the entire box on a hard floor or surface and then all the fillets will come loose, which you can then repackage in portions in freezer bags.

It is desirable for the customer to order preferably four (4) days before our arrival. Shipping fee is SEK 88
